Girls of Agadir

Faiza was referring to a porn CD circulating in Morocco, which was lifted from the website of a Belgian sex tourist. Philippe Servaty spent a couple of years in Agadir, a resort on Morocco’s Atlantic coast, wooing women with promises of marriage and a new life; in return they allowed him to photograph them in various S&M-inflected positions. Almost 200 of these photos were posted on the internet, and then quickly downloaded and sold on CD. The upshot for more than a dozen of the estimated 80 women Servaty entrapped was imprisonment for debauchery, indecent exposure and illicit sexual activity.
